About the VRBO affiliate program
Vrbo has been on CJ Affiliate since August 2009 (advertiser 2691607) as part of Expedia Group, and pays 2% with a 7-day cookie. Worth knowing how this listing was wrong before: affiliates.vrbo.com, the address we had recorded, does not resolve at all — the DNS lookup fails — and we had concluded from that the programme was unreachable. It is not; the programme is alive and well on CJ, just not at that address. A dead subdomain turned out to say nothing about the programme behind it. Vrbo specialises exclusively in whole homes rather than rooms, with over two million bookable properties, 24/7 human support, price transparency and booking guarantees. Like its sibling brands it notes the 7-day window applies to any booking made within it, not only the property you originally linked to, and eligible US bookings earn One Key rewards. CJ conversion data shows 97.5% of orders coming from the United States despite the near-global serviceable area, so treat it as a US programme in practice. Expedia, Hotels.com, Wotif, Cheaptickets, FeWo-direkt, Orbitz and Travelocity are all separately applicable on CJ.
