Priceline runs on CJ Affiliate (advertiser 1464653) and pays a flat 3.00% across almost its whole catalogue — Express Deal hotels, rental cars and flights, retail hotels on both merchant and agency models, retail rental cars and cruises — with retail flights paying $2.00 per item instead. The referral period is 30 days throughout, with unlimited occurrences and open-ended locking on all but the retail flight action. The exclusions matter more than the rate. Commission is payable only on the net base amount of completed travel: taxes, government charges, resort fees, fuel surcharges, baggage, seat selection, trip protection, collision damage waivers and anything paid with gift cards, vouchers or loyalty points are all non-commissionable, as are phone bookings. Any booking later cancelled, changed or refunded pays nothing. Read the sub-affiliate clause carefully before applying: Priceline defines sub-affiliates to include content creators, influencers, bloggers, third-party review platforms and voucher sites, and prohibits all of them without prior written consent. Trademark bidding carries commission forfeiture and removal, and a dedicated Priceline page on your own domain is permitted only if it carries no competitor offers.
