Health and wellness is one of the most-recommended affiliate categories on the internet, and one of the least-checked. We went through all 22 programs we list one at a time — reading each one's own page, or its listing inside CJ Affiliate where it claimed to run there — and the gap between what's commonly quoted and what's actually published was bigger than in any other category we've audited.
Three brands that aren't on CJ, despite being listed there everywhere
HelloFresh, Blue Apron and Green Chef — all part of the same corporate family — are routinely listed across affiliate roundups as running on CJ Affiliate, often with specific commission figures attached. We searched CJ's advertiser directory for all three. Zero results for any of them. Not "hard to find" — absent.
This matters beyond these three brands specifically: if a program isn't where dozens of sites say it is, every number attached to that listing is suspect too, because nobody checked the network claim before copying the rate forward.
Fabletics has no program for US publishers
Fabletics' own help center states plainly that its affiliate program is Europe-only and runs through CJ. We confirmed this two ways — the brand's own support article, and a CJ search that surfaced only a Fabletics Europe listing, nothing US-facing. The US-targeted Fabletics listing that circulates in affiliate directories (ours included, until this audit) describes a program that doesn't exist for a US-based publisher.
What we found when we actually read the pages
Hiya Health publishes a specific, real figure on its own page: $35–$75 CPA or a revenue-share option, through SocialSnowball rather than a generic network. Concrete and verifiable — the kind of listing this exercise is meant to surface.
Withings runs on CJ (advertiser 4996850) at up to 10% — but the page we found carries restrictions worth knowing before you apply: no paid search campaigns under any circumstances, and a 2-month blackout on both commission and communication after any new product launches, with content publishers specifically exempted from that blackout.
SpinLife, Manta Sleep and Therabody we couldn't verify at all, for three different reasons: SpinLife's Pepperjam portal returned a server error on every attempt, Manta Sleep's Refersion signup link redirects to Refersion's own generic marketing page instead of the brand's actual portal, and Therabody's page explicitly defers all commission details to external platforms (Impact, ShopMyUS) without stating anything itself.
The pattern underneath all of this
Health and wellness brands route affiliate programs through an unusually wide spread of platforms — CJ, Impact, Refersion, Pepperjam, SocialSnowball, direct in-house — compared to categories like SaaS, where two or three networks cover most of the market. That spread is exactly why stale information survives so long here: a figure copied from a CJ listing two years ago doesn't get corrected by anyone checking Refersion, and vice versa.
Nine of the 22 programs we list in this category are now fully confirmed against a first-party source. The rest are recorded as checked-but-unreadable, with the specific reason noted — a dead portal, a network mismatch, a page that states nothing — rather than left carrying a number nobody can stand behind.
