It says it is flexible on custom payouts and offers based on performance and traffic value, so the 40% is a starting rate rather than a ceiling. Unusually, the program is available through many networks at once — Tune, Impact Radius, Avant, CJ, AppsFlyer and Awin among them — as well as direct signup, so you can run it from whichever dashboard you already use.
