SHEIN has been on CJ since September 2012, operated by Roadget Business Pte. Ltd. of Singapore (advertiser 3773223). Its published terms are unusually specific: 15% commission on new customers, 1% on existing ones, a cookie duration of one day, an average order value of $72.84 and a conversion rate of 5.21%. The split between new and existing customers is the number that decides whether this programme is worth your time. SHEIN is built on repeat purchasing, so an audience that already shops there generates 1% orders — roughly 73 cents on an average basket — while the 15% applies only to genuinely first-time buyers. Combined with a one-day cookie, the shortest window of any programme we list, this rewards content that converts immediately and first-time buyers specifically. Geography is enforced rather than advisory. SHEIN publishes an approved country list of 41 markets, and states that orders from anywhere else are voided, with accounts liable to suspension or a reduced commission rate without notice if non-approved traffic continues. Gift card orders are non-commissionable, reselling and scalping are prohibited, and order inquiries must be submitted within 60 days of the event date in one of two specified reference formats.
